We retain account and member data for as long as your academy maintains an active account, plus a reasonable period afterward to meet legal and operational needs. You can request deletion at any time.

MatTrack is intended for use by academy staff. Data about minor students is provided by the academy and processed under the academy's responsibility as the data controller.
