1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using MatTrack ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it through means other than the interface and instructions we provide, or by uploading content that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of all data you upload to MatTrack. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to operate and improve the Service.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from your settings.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MatTrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
